Dr. Caroline Ibijemilusi, the owner and founder of Patient Centered Health Care, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). She is also an instructor for CPR, first aid, and medication administration training.
With 24 years in the nursing business, 2 years of which as a primary care provider in Lanham, Maryland, she established the family health clinic in Maryland that is now known as Patient Centered Health Care.
She founded Patient Centered Health Care, a trusted family clinic in Lanham, Maryland, with a mission to serve the families of Maryland with expertise and promote their health and well-being through cost-effective quality medical care; and a vision to be a leading family clinic in Maryland that is trusted to provide high-quality personalized medical care to the people they serve.
